Cami Powers (New Home Construction, 2014):   This is the first time we have built a home from the ground up.  We were looking for specific things in a new home and were unable to find an existing home that we were excited about.  Which led us to decide to build on our own, an overwhelming process in itself.  Aaron made it so much easier!  He brought our floor plans to life!  We were able to get everything we wanted in a new home plus more.   He even added some of his own ideas that we wouldn’t have thought of putting in our new home.  There is nothing I would change about my new house! Aaron’s work ethic is outstanding.  We chose him because we wanted someone that would not just oversee the construction of our new home but actually do a majority of the work on it.  There were many days that Aaron was the first one at the work site and the last one to leave.  We would also see him by himself on weekends, doing whatever it took to keep our project moving forward.  He takes pride in what he does and is a perfectionist at the details.  His crew was also great to work with.  If Aaron wasn’t around, we always felt comfortable working with and talking to them. We have many unique features in our new home – many of which were Aaron’s ideas.  We have extra storage space underneath our concrete entrance to our house that is solid concrete.  We have stained concrete around our bar area and patio entrance in our basement.  He also designed our tray ceiling in our living room as well as a custom designed screened in porch area. One of my favorite things is our hidden pantry in our kitchen. We got to know his crew about as well as we did Aaron through this process!  Trusted all of them!  It was obvious to us that Aaron only surrounds himself with employees that take as much pride in their work as he does.  It was also reassuring to know that if Aaron wasn’t around, we were just as comfortable speaking with one of his team members. 

Lynn Olson (Remodel): We’ve known Aaron for a few years now and have come to find he’s an excellent contractor and craftsman not only by seeing many of his home construction projects but to have had the chance to work with him. He was our first choice of contact for what we wanted in giving our home an exterior facelift including permanent siding along some additional features. He first advised us to look at some homes for ideas and that’s where it took off. We saw a home he had done and loved it so much we used it as a template. Aaron was so helpful from the start, very thorough in giving us ideas, suggestions and options. It’s apparent he cares a lot about his customer’s wants and needs. Our house is approximately 44 years old and now it completely looks like a brand new home. The transformation of adding siding, stone and pillars brought it up to today’s modern style. We couldn’t be happier with the new look of our home We’ll definitely call on Aaron and Stoltenberg Homes again for any future projects.
